Each year, NSPRA recognizes up to 25 district leaders as Superintendents to Watch. Honorees are superintendents who have fewer than five years of experience as a superintendent and who demonstrate dynamic, fast-paced leadership with strong communication at its core.

Findings of a new report published by SchoolCEO, a national education magazine, in partnership with the National School Public Relations Association, reveal that school communication professionals thrive when deeply connected to their district's purpose—and people.

NSPRA's Superintendents to Watch awards recognize up to 25 district leaders who have fewer than five years of experience as a superintendent and who demonstrate dynamic, fast-paced leadership with strong communication at its core.

The award recognizes one district leader annually for their outstanding leadership in and support of school public relations and communications.
