Announced at the 2024 National Seminar, NSPRA's Emerging Leaders Award annually recognizes up to seven individuals who have no more than five years of experience working in school communications for demonstrating excellence and leadership in their work.

Growing up in a low-income neighborhood, I learned the value of education early. I’ve seen firsthand how connections created through family engagement and effective school communications can elevate the success of students and communities alike. 

Offered in partnership with AASA, The School Superintendents Association, the program is designed exclusively for school PR professionals and their superintendents.
