Hosted by NSPRA Professional Development & Member Engagement Manager Melissa McConnell and members of the NSPRA Executive Board, Member Monday is a casual, yet powerful hour of connection and collaboration with fellow school communicators. Whether you're facing a tough communications challenge, want to share a recent success or just need a space to recharge with like-minded professionals, Member Monday is your space to show up and plug in.

Before the winter whirlwind begins, let’s gather for a Member Monday focused on rest, reset and reclaiming your energy. We’ll share realistic boundary-setting tips, out-of-office scripts you can steal and small rituals that make unplugging feel doable...not guilty. Leave feeling supported, grounded and ready to step into break with intention!
