NSPRA chapter presidents, presidents-elect and executive directors will come together for two days of professional development tailored for chapter leaders during the third annual Presidents Summit on Feb. 16-17 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade, 100 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, Calif. Hosted by 2023-2024 NSPRA President Trent Allen, APR, the 2024 Presidents Summit will provide the best in learning and networking with other chapter leaders who face similar challenges and successes.

The summit will include two full days of professional development and evening activities, so registered attendees should plan to arrive the evening of Thursday, Feb. 15, and depart the morning of Sunday, Feb. 18.

Highlights of the Presidents Summit program include:

  • Roundtable role-alike conversations among presidents, presidents-elect and executive directors.
  • Idea spark sessions on engaging your members and ensuring your chapter’s success.
  • Executive Board and chapter leader panel discussions on chapter leadership topics.

Costs and Sponsored Benefits

2023 Presidents Summit AttendeesWith the generous support of this year's event sponsors, registration is FREE for chapter presidents, presidents-elect and executive directors, and the following expenses will be covered:

  • Three nights hotel rooms (Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights)
  • Two days of meals (Friday and Saturday, including onsite breakfasts and lunches and offsite dinners)

Chapters are only responsible for covering their officers' travel to Sacramento and incidentals.Thank you to our event sponsors for sponsoring the summit and helping to make this professional development opportunity feasible for SPRA chapters.

Registration and Hotel

Chapter leaders should plan to arrive the evening of Thursday, Feb. 15, and depart the morning of Sunday, Feb. 18. If neither your chapter's executive director, president or president-elect can attend, please feel free to identify one alternate chapter officer to attend and represent your chapter at the Summit.
