Findings of a new report published by SchoolCEO, a national education magazine, in partnership with the National School Public Relations Association, reveal that school communication professionals thrive when deeply connected to their district's purpose—and people.

Each year, NSPRA celebrates School Communicators Day on the second Friday in May in recognition of the incredibly valuable work of school public relations professionals. In 2024, School Communicators Day is Friday, May 10.

Not only are mentors ready when a crisis hits, but they can help a new school communicator chart a path for individual career success. Mentorship is also key to the sustainability and future of the profession at large.
