About NSPRA
We can't wait to welcome an estimated 1,500+ attendees to the NSPRA 2026 National Seminar this summer, the nation’s largest school communications-focused professional learning conference!
We've put together some information you might find helpful in planning for your attendance.
Keep the following dates in mind as you plan for the 2026 Seminar:
NSPRA 2026 will be held in the city of New Orleans in Louisiana. The host hotel will be announced when registration opens.
New Orleans is served by Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, which hosts 15 airlines and serves more than 50 nonstop destinations. Amtrak also offers routes to New Orleans from a number of cities across the country.
Following are registration prices for full-event attendees of the NSPRA 2026 National Seminar. Details on applicable discounts, one- and two-day registration options and additional add-on purchase options will be available when registration opens.

Attendees can plan for room cost at the host hotel (through the NSPRA room block) to be approximately $250/night.
