Superintendent + Communication Pro Combo: Register the superintendent first to receive a discount code for $300 off registration for the school district's communication professional.

Multi-person Communication Team Rates: Click "Add Additional Attendees" when prompted before checking out. Each additional registrant from the same district/organization will automatically receive a $70 discount.

NSPRA Northwest Region and International Discount: Registrants outside the United States and in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon or Washington are eligible for a $100 discount.

Guest Registration

Guest registration is available for attendees who would like to bring a guest, spouse, partner, etc. to Seminar networking and reception events.  The guest registration fee helps offset some of the cost of the refreshments, entertainment, activities and facilities enjoyed by registered attendees' guests.

What forms of payment are accepted?

The Seminar registration system accepts credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Purchase Orders (PO). The PO number and a PDF of the PO must be uploaded at the time of registration. 

What is your cancelation policy?

Seminar registrants are charged $200 for cancelations received by May 29, $300 for cancelations from May 30-June 12, and after June 12, there is no refund. For pre-Seminar workshops, registrants are charged 25% of the registration fee for cancelations received by May 29, 50% for cancelations from May 30-June12, and after June 12, there is no refund.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?

Yes, attendee substitutions are permitted. Please contact NSPRA Business Services Coordinator Marian Ceribo at for more information. 

What food and beverages are served during the Seminar? 

  • Box lunches for Monday, July 15, and Tuesday, July 16, are available for pre-order. Grab a bite to eat with new friends or connect with old colleagues between sessions at the Seminar's BYOL networking lunches or on your own! Didn't purchase a box lunch ($25/lunch) during registration? Log in to the Attendee Service Center to add to your registration. Lunches will not be for sale onsite.
  • NSPRA and sponsors also provide complimentary beverages such as coffee and soda during scheduled breaks between sessions. View the Seminar Schedule at a Glance for more details on break times. 
  • During hosted receptions, a variety of light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar are typically available. 
  • The NSPRA President Installation and Gold Medallion Awards Ceremony Luncheon on Wednesday, July 17, is open to all Seminar attendees and guest registrants for an additional registration fee of $55.
  • There are a variety of dining options just steps away from the Hyatt Regency Bellevue, including a variety of restaurants and cafes at the Bellevue Collection shopping center, which is connected to the hotel.

What is the dress code for the Seminar? 

Most attendees wear business casual attire at the Seminar. There will be opportunities for networking and receptions, as well as local nightlife, so you may want to pack at least one outfit for dressing up.
