Building Scalable Communication Systems with Canva

Most school communicators use Canva regularly, but many have never taken the time to intentionally organize the platform for long-term success. As a result, files become difficult to find, templates multiply, assets become inconsistent and valuable time is lost searching for content or recreating designs. This highly interactive Studio session helps participants transform Canva from a collection of projects into an organized communication workspace that supports faster production, stronger brand consistency and more efficient collaboration. Working directly in Canva, participants will reorganize their own accounts while learning advanced organization strategies, best practices, and overlooked platform features that experienced users rely on every day.
