Are you the superintendent of a small school district without a communications staff? Is it challenging to keep up with what message to put on which platform, identify the right audience, and wonder how to evaluate the outcomes of your communication efforts? Are you struggling to manage communications in combination with the other responsibilities you have? Do you worry about being able to communicate effectively in a crisis? Do your building leaders need communication training and support?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, the National School Public Relations Association's NEW Small District Superintendents Academy is for you!
Enroll today to take advantage of this learning opportunity from the Leader in School Communications, NSPRA. We are uniquely positioned to support you and your district in improving your overall communications plan. This program, facilitated by veteran school communications professional Jill Filer of Harrisonville Schools in Missouri, will give you the tools, skills, processes, and confidence to propel your district's messaging and communications forward! Each module will also have a guest superintendent or school communications professional present to share their experiences and expertise.
REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO 40 PARTICIPANTS
Classes will be held virtually once a month on Wednesdays for 2 hours from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. EST:

Wednesday, April 9, 2025: Creative Communication Support – Hiring, Stipends, Interns, Delegation
Wednesday, May 7, 2025: Communications and the Ballot Box
BONUS: Saturday, July 19, 2025: Full Day of Learning and Networking at the first NSPRA Academy Day at the 2025 National Seminar in Washington, D.C. (Schedule of events TBD)
