Module 3: Wednesday, November 4, 2026 (2 - 3:30  p.m. ET, Virtual): Canva Shortcuts & Time Savers

Experienced Canva users often know the basics—but many of the platform's biggest time-saving features go unused. In this fast-paced, hands-on session, participants will explore the shortcuts, hidden tools, and advanced workflows that experienced school communicators rely on every week to work faster and produce higher-quality content. Working alongside the presenter, participants will complete a series of timed design challenges while learning practical techniques that eliminate repetitive tasks, simplify editing, speed up collaboration, and improve day-to-day efficiency. Rather than simply learning where Canva features are located, participants will discover how thoughtful organization and smart platform setup create a foundation for every communication project that follows.
