The 2026 Presidents Summit will be held on February 6–8 in Fort Worth, Texas. The summit will include two full days of professional development and evening activities, so registered attendees should plan to arrive on the evening of Thursday, February 5 and depart the morning of Sunday, February 8.

The focus of the professional development will drill down into the challenges that face many chapters, such as engaging members, ensuring chapters' success and providing professional development beyond your conferences. Time will also be devoted during the Summit for sharing and learning from each other.

Following are important notices related to registration:

• Registration for the NSPRA Presidents Summit is open only to current SPRA chapter presidents, presidents-elect and executive directors. If neither your chapter's executive director, president or president-elect can attend, please feel free to identify one alternate chapter officer to attend and represent your chapter at the Summit. Please contact Colleen Lewallen, CMP, at 301-519-1230 to register as an alternate as they will be unable to register online.
• This event registration confirms your plan to attend the NSPRA Presidents Summit ONLY. Event registration, meals and hotel are free, but you must book your complimentary hotel reservation separately. Please do not book your hotel until AFTER you have registered for the Presidents Summit. To make your complimentary hotel reservation, click here. (NOTE: To ensure a complimentary hotel room, you must make your reservation by Monday, January 5 ,2026.)
• Chapters are responsible for covering their officers' travel to Fort Worth and incidentals.
• Any dietary restrictions should be entered on this form.
