When districts gather feedback, stakeholders want to know what was heard, what was learned, and what happens next. Yet survey results, listening session notes, and stakeholder input can quickly become overwhelming if they aren't organized and communicated effectively. In this Mini Lab, participants will explore practical ways to transform survey results and community feedback into dashboards, visual summaries, one-page reports, and stakeholder updates that improve understanding and transparency. Through real-world examples and demonstrations, attendees will learn how to organize findings, highlight key themes, tailor reporting for different audiences, and create resources that help stakeholders quickly understand the most important takeaways and how feedback will inform future decisions.
