While annual climate surveys have their place, shorter pulse checks and quick feedback opportunities can help communicators identify concerns earlier, test communication effectiveness, and better understand employee experiences throughout the year. In this Mini Lab, participants will explore practical approaches to designing and implementing pulse checks using a variety of digital tools and communication strategies. Through real-world examples and demonstrations, attendees will learn how to ask better questions, encourage participation, interpret results, and use employee feedback to strengthen communication and inform future decisions.
