From community members without school-aged children to newly enrolled families, skeptical audiences, busy caregivers and residents who may not actively follow district news, communicators are increasingly asking an important question: who still isn’t connecting with our communication efforts? In this month’s K12PRChat, we’ll explore the audiences districts struggle most to reach, the assumptions schools sometimes make about engagement, and the practical strategies helping communication feel more relevant, accessible and community-centered.
