Participants will transition from reactive communication to proactive, purpose-driven planning. You will learn the critical importance of leveraging your district’s overarching strategic plan as the indispensable guide for developing comprehensive, impactful communications initiatives. The facilitator will introduce the industry-standard RPIE (Research, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation) process, providing a robust framework. Through guided exercises, participants will put their learning into immediate action by drafting initial communication goals and strategic approaches, setting the stage for their future planning efforts.
