This module introduces new professionals to "The 4 Rs" – Research, Reference, Review, and Relationships – as fundamental pillars for success. You'll learn practical strategies to research your district's history, culture, and key stakeholders, understand crucial educational vocabulary and processes, and identify both assets and challenges within your organization. 

This session will equip you with the essential tools and strategies for a strong start in school communications.
