Chapter Reports Due in October

To remain in good standing, chapters of NSPRA must submit the following reports each year. Be sure to get your reports in by these upcoming chapter deadlines

  • Monday, Oct. 28 – Chapter report forms are due. The information will be presented at the November meeting of the NSPRA Executive Board. Submit your chapter's completed form via email to your regional vice president. Email addresses are available at www.nspra.org/executive-board.
  • Wednesday, Oct. 31 – Chapter cash flow reports for 2019 are due. The report template is posted at www.nspra.org/leader_updates. Submit the completed cash flow report to Senior Manager Tommy Jones at tjones@nspra.org.
  • Wednesday, Oct. 31 – Chapter membership lists are due. In an Excel or Google spreadsheet, share a list containing each chapter member’s name, professional title, credential if applicable, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and fax number if available with tjones@nspra.org. Include a column for chapter officer titles, particularly if officers have been updated recently.

Coming Soon:
More Marketing to Attract New Members

Last summer, the NSPRA Executive Board approved funding for a one-year marketing plan intended to attract new members to your national association. Part of that plan focuses on inspiring current chapter members who have not yet joined NSPRA to become dual members in order to realize the full benefits of local and national school PR professional development and support.

More to come on this exciting effort!
