Hotel Information

Transportation from Airport to Hotel
San Antonio International Airport serves the San Antonio area where taxi service is available at the lower level curbside, outside of baggage claim, at Terminal A & B. For assistance, please contact the Airport Ground Transportation Agent wearing an airport badge. One-way fare to San Antonio downtown areas is approximately $20 to $25 per taxicab. (Up to 4 may share a cab.) Travel time is from 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. You may also fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, which is an 80-mile drive to San Antonio.
Airport Express, San Antonio International Airport's authorized and single shared-ride shuttle service. Shuttles depart from 7 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. daily to downtown hotels every 15 minutes. Passengers may purchase tickets at the airport's baggage claim area. Major credit cards are accepted. Ticket rates are $18.00 per person to downtown hotels or $32.00 for a roundtrip ticket. Reservations are required for the return trip to the airport. Make a reservation online and receive an additional discount. Parking at Hotel
The San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter offers a parking garage for guests driving to this year’s Seminar. Overnight parking for guests: Self Parking: $25, plus tax ($27.04 total); Valet Parking: $33, plus tax ($35.69 total). Parking for day guests: Self parking: 10min-30min: $6; 30min-1hr: $12; 1hr-3hr: $18; 3hr-5hr: $24; Over 5hr: $28 (Rates include tax); Valet parking: 0-2hrs: $18; 2-6hrs: $27; over 6hrs: $36 (Rates include tax). Tuesday Evening Social
