Hotel information – Make reservations now to take advantage of NSPRA’s discounted Seminar rates at The Westin Charlotte. To learn more about the hotel and to make reservations, go to http://www.nspra.org/hotel_2010seminar.
Transportation from airport to hotel – Charlotte Douglas International Airport serves the Charlotte area where taxi service is available curbside on the baggage claim level. The zone fare for taxi service between the airport and The Westin Charlotte Hotel is approximately $25 for up to two people. Travel time is from 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. Parking at hotel – The Westin Charlotte offers a parking garage for guests driving to this year’s Seminar. Overnight parking: $18 per night for self parking; $25 per night for valet parking. Weekday hourly rates: 1st hour $3; each additional 20 minutes $2; maximum charge $18. Weekend hourly rates: 1st hour $3; each additional 20 minutes $2; maximum charge $8.

One-on-one expert counseling – Sign up for our popular Counselors on Call program and meet with a veteran PR pro about an issue or problem your district is dealing with now. Online Seminar Bulletin Board
NSPRA is providing an Online Seminar Bulletin Board for the Charlotte Seminar, so Seminar registrants, NSPRA members and others not registered yet can connect online. Once there, you can look for a roommate to share hotel expenses or post ways you’ve found to save on travel or other expenses related to your Seminar attendance.
NSPRA is providing this on line Bulletin Board as a value-added service, but we can’t provide guarantees for room sharing and other savings.
