Q. Can't log in. What's wrong?

A.  Your user name is the e-mail address you have provided to NSPRA upon registration, unless you have your reset your e-mail after becoming a member. Remember, until you reset your nspra.org password after your first login, your password is by default set to your 10-digit membership number.

Can't remember which e-mail you used to sign-up as a member?  Contact us and we'll get back to you within a few minutes.

  • You can have your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) remember your user name and password. This feature exists in the Tools > Internet Options > Content > Auto Complete tab, (or Options > Security if you're using Firefox). Your IT dept. can help if you don't know how to enable this feature.
  • As a member, you can always change your e-mail address. When you're logged in as a member, all you have to do is go to: My Account > Edit tab (above your email address) > Individual Information > Edit > Manage contact information.

Misplaced your password?

You can request to retrieve it here (type your email in the designated area of the window that will pop up, submit and your password will be emailed to you).

Want to change your password?

We recommend you request a new password so that your login and passwords are not the same.

Click on the "request new password" link under the username and password fields to request to change your password.
