Q. Oh no! Can't log in. What's wrong?

A.  Your user name for the new web site is slightly different from the user name you used to log in to the old web site.

Please make sure you keep the 10-digit number that appears in every print publication you receive from NSPRA handy. Can't remember?  Contact us and we'll get back to you within a few minutes.

  • If you're logging in for the first time, this is both your user name AND password, until you request to change you password (you will be asked automatically by the web site).

  • Example - username:00******0I password: 00******0I (Please note the last character is not the number "1" but the capital letter "i")

  • Your username will always be the 10-digit number (your membership number).

  • DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD USING ANY OTHER USER NAME BUT YOUR 10-DIGIT MEMBERSHIP NUMBER, AS THIS WILL GIVE YOU AN ERROR MESSAGE.
  • You can have your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) remember your user name and password. This feature exists in the Tools > Internet Options > Content > Auto Complete tab, (or Options > Security if you're using Firefox). Your IT dept. can help if you don't know how to enable this feature.

Misplaced your password?

You can request to retrieve it here (type your email in the designated area of the window that will pop up, submit and your password will be emailed to you).

Want to change your password?

By default, you will be asked to change your password when you log in for the first time.

We highly recommend you request a new password so that your login and passwords are not the same.

Click on the "request new password" link under the username and password fields to request to change your password.
