NSPRA Executive Board Election 2010 – Instructions for Voting

 

Eligible voting members of the Association (those who hold current professional-level memberships) are encouraged to participate in the 2010 Election of NSPRA Executive Board officers and to cast votes on important amendments to the NSPRA Bylaws. Balloting will begin on August 16.

 

The offices up for election are:

President-elect;

Southwest Region Vice President (3-year term);

Northeast Region Vice President (3-year term);

Mideast Region Vice President (3-year term); and

Southeast Region Vice President (2-year term filling the balance of current VP’s term)

 

We also have two questions on the ballot this year pertaining to Association Bylaws amendments.

 

Only NSPRA members holding professional-level memberships are eligible to vote. You will use your e-mail address and a secure password to access and submit your ballot. In order to vote you must ensure that NSPRA has your current e-mail address on record. Please check the online Member Directory in the Members’ Only section of the website to verify your contact information. If it is incorrect, please update your information and notify NSPRA that a change has been made.

 

Please use the secure link provided here, or click on the button at the end of this e-mail in order to log in and vote at https://eballot.votenet.com/nspra. Once you land on the Votenet site, type in your e-mail address and the password below. Please follow the instructions on each screen in order to cast your vote. After voting, you may print a voting receipt for your records if you wish.

 

All ballots will be activated on August 16. In order to vote:

  • Use the e-mail address you submitted to NSPRA for your member contact information; then
  • Enter password Vote2010 to access the ballot.

 

Ballots must be cast by 11:59 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time on Friday, September 3.
