Hello - I am trying to develop a training program to help staff/administration communicate more effectively to their families and to each other.  I am curious to know if other districts have such training programs and what they look like.  Could this be part of an in-service/professional development program?  Is it something done after-school?  Is it done in groups or one-on-one?  Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated!
