• November 4-5, 2011 at The Westin Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina
• March 9-10, 2012 at NSPRA Headquarters in Rockville, Maryland
• July 5-6, 2012 at Marriott Chicago Downtown in Chicago, Illinois

All meetings of the NSPRA Executive Board shall be open, except upon the request of a Board member, when the Board may agree to meet in closed session to discuss personnel matters, finance or litigation. NSPRA Policy 210.2 - Meetings.
